1. Commitment and scope

Vitaalands OÜ wants the public vitaalands.com website to be usable by people with different visual, hearing, motor, cognitive and situational needs. This statement covers the public website pages and the browser-based features delivered from this domain. It does not certify third-party websites or tools outside our control.

2. Target and current status

Our engineering target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. The applicable legal standard and scope are assessed separately under EU and Estonian law.

3. Verified accessibility features

• Semantic headings, main landmarks and descriptive page titles on the new trust/legal pages.
• A keyboard-visible “Skip to main content” link and strong focus indicators.
• Locally searchable FAQ with labelled search, button-based category filters, disclosure state and live result count.
• Consent controls with labelled choices, keyboard focus containment and comparable accept/reject actions.
• Responsive layouts for narrow screens and text zoom; long tables can scroll horizontally rather than clipping content.
• Reduced-motion preferences disable or minimise animations on the new pages and shared site transitions.
• Print styles remove navigation and decorative controls from long-form legal information.

4. Known limitations

• Legacy visual pages: some older, highly animated or canvas-based experiences may have incomplete landmark, focus-order, text-alternative or zoom behaviour. Review is ongoing.
• Deck and PDF material: presentation images and downloadable PDFs may not provide equivalent structured text or complete document tagging.
• Generated graphics: complex personality charts and decorative character imagery may have concise alternatives that do not convey every visual detail.
• Language and voice tools: the custom language picker and optional ElevenLabs voice connection may vary across browsers and assistive technologies. Voice is an optional enhancement, not the only way to obtain information.
• Translations: English is the authoritative language for these public legal pages. Runtime or draft translations may not yet have professional accessibility and legal review.

No disproportionate-burden exemption is claimed in this statement. Any future reliance on an exemption requires a documented statutory assessment and accountable approval.

5. Third-party content

Netlify delivers the site and waitlist form. ElevenLabs is reached only when a visitor deliberately initiates the optional BYOK voice feature. External links and third-party account surfaces have their own accessibility practices. We still assess the accessibility of integration points that Vitaalands designs or controls.

6. Preparation and testing method

This statement was prepared by internal self-assessment. Evidence includes HTML/JavaScript source review, heading and landmark checks, accessible-name checks, keyboard-only interaction, focus-state review, responsive desktop/mobile review, reduced-motion inspection, console checks and automated accessibility rules on the public preview.

Testing cannot prove the absence of all barriers. A complete independent audit and testing with a broader group of assistive-technology users remain future assurance work. The detailed internal record is not published with the site.

7. Feedback and alternative formats

If you cannot access content or complete a task, email can@vitaalands.com. If comfortable, include:

• the page URL and what you were trying to do;
• the barrier you encountered;
• your browser, device or assistive technology; and
• the alternative format you would prefer.

Please do not include health details or other sensitive information unless it is necessary for the request. We have not published a fixed response deadline that the current operation cannot yet guarantee.

8. Complaints and legal scope

Vitaalands is assessing the exact application of Estonia’s Products and Services Accessibility Act to each current and future service, including the statutory microenterprise exemption and whether a future consumer-contract flow is an e-commerce service. This is a corporate-fact and counsel review item, not a reason to stop improving accessibility.

9. Improvement priorities

• Engineering: continue legacy-page keyboard, landmark, zoom and alternative-text remediation.
• Content: review PDFs and complex visual content for accessible alternatives.
• Product: include accessibility acceptance criteria in every new feature release gate.
• Legal/Operations: verify statutory scope and maintain this statement when evidence changes.
